Edit: OK, not sure now, because I saw the ONT drop sync on broadband just now. It seems not resolved on MFN side. Flipping frustrating at this point. Can you not escalate with them or is there any feedback on that ticket? Still a fair few...
Thanks MFN came through and say they resolved their issues. Still no Internet on my side after router reboot. Can you reset it on your end for me please?
Internet started working again last night , but it's back off again this morning. Can you check what is up again? Tried logging with MFN but they said I need to go via AH 😒 Mostly no Internet for 2+ days now. @Afrigirl
Thanks, saw this. I'm in the north coast of Durban, so wasn't sure if it covered us too. Hopefully it's related to that major outage then. Thanks again for your quick help as usual 😉
Shucks, only read the 'router only' after rebooting both router and ont. Sorry 🫣 Unfortunately hasn't come right tho, ont broadband and service lights are solid green after reboot. WiFi router is stuck on connecting to the Internet in admin panel.

Been having intermittent connectivity issues since last night and the whole day today - more off than on actually. I'm in Durban, La Mercy on the North Coast and on mfn with you guys. Can you assist with it or check if mfn are even aware of it?

Mines resolved about an hour or so after I posted - but was an issue for around 4 to 5 hours yesterday. Mines sounds more like some FNO or ISP fault.
Yours on the other hand sounds like a genuine provisioning/migration issue...
