    Much appreciated, the only answer addressing the cost part of the question! Will def keep an eye on those. The cheapest I saw was at Snapcraze.co.za, but has since been marked out of stock (while I was researching and deciding, ffs)... Haven't heard of them before but seems legit.

    Note taken, I'm not an apple fanboy though, I don't own or wish to own any other Apple products and before needing a laptop was PC-based and very happy with that. This is purely work functional, not an Apple issue.
