Seem they changed the matchmaking for the MP.. No longer Queue for 3 seconds and put instantly into a empty lobby filled with bots. -

Some portal servers don't give you full xp. All you need to do is hover over a portal server then (on PC its x) check the Experience info, and there it will tell you if you get full xp or not -

Guess no BR for South Africa EDIT: Nevermind, it seems only the Duo queue is low on players. Squad queue is only about 1-3 minutes to get in a full 90+ game -

I think it will be fixed someday. It can't be a difficult problem to fix. Just gotta hope the devs are at least aware of the problem but none have acknowledged it so far
