They got back to me with Supersonic's response today, which effectively states that I have Internet now and ignores the fact that I haven't had it for nearly 20 days following the termination of their service. Hopefully subsequent communication will be more constructive.
Good news: I have Internet again. Cell C activated their service on 18 august, nearly 20 days after Supersonic terminated theirs. This was pretty exhausting. I'm just glad I can stop taking my kids to work to do online schooling.
