    Still offline here (on Openserve in Durban). First lost connectivity to JHB/overseas at 14:13, now once I restarted my router the PPPoE doesn’t authenticate at all.

    You can use NetLimiter or Glasswire on Windows. Android allows you to view each app's wifi/cellular usage, I believe.
