Just had a client lose 2 years worth of sent email to what seems like a bug within Outlook 365. The email address is configured as imap.
Is there anyone here that works at 1-grid who could assist?
I've already contacted their support who are unable to help.
Trying to send from a @telkomsa.net email address. Receiving works fine.
When using smtp.telkomsa.net I get a timeout error.
When using smtp.saix.net I get a relay denied error.
