I’ve been getting intermittent downtime but this morning have no connectivity whatsoever.
I logged a ticket yesterday and have yet to hear from anyone.

Cool ideas: Support a bit on the slow side. Initial application and installation was not smooth due to poor/lack of communication on their side. Once through all of these teething issues the network quality and uptime has been excellent
I'm on openserve 200/100. Just ran a speedtest - ping 60ms, down 184Mbs, up 0,24Mbs. Connection is almost unuseable.
Just re-ran speedtest now:
ping 117, down 0.49, up 0.18
