    I don't know how the Vuma Aerial works. I have a "direct" fibre line coming into my home. Protea Valley has boxes in front of every house for Vumatel. I have had no issues with my fibre. I get constant speeds throughout the day and night.

    Just change ISP. Mweb is one of the worst rated ISPs. There is probably some sort of shaping or throttling from their side.
