Vumatel fibre slow in EL

I'm in Cambridge, my speeds were 0.5 to 0.8 from about 08h00 this morning. Eventually sorted at 17h00. My ISP is Webafrica though, grief they are useless.

Goodday, How can a person get decent support from Webafrica. The robot Willie just does not work and the guys on help desk are even worse. Phoning in does not work................................ Anyone got contacts in management in WebAfrica.
