    My 5G rain is acting up a day after getting it

    Hi there, I received my Rain 5G yesterday and my SIM has simply refused to work. The Rain dashboard says my SIM is active but on the coverage map there's big red text with the message "device is currently offline". And indeed my router is on & from poking around I'm guessing it get some signal...
