I Have used severl speed tesing apps. Tested via wifi and direct LAN connection via my Mibox. I for themost part do not even get half the speed I pay for... I see on both Acceleritand Frogfoot's facebook pages this is common. Disgraceful
This provider is to be steered clear of by any means!!!! They USED to have good customer service... No longer the case. I have been over weeks now been trying to resolve my upgraded 50/50 line but Im getting nowhere near those speeds. They are useless

Blitz is ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT
Having been connected just over a week through Accelerit (they are great by the way) Blitz has been down TWICE...
Today was apparently for resplicing... so... why are ypu resplicing on...
The service is month to month, pre paid... however I have read in their t&c's that:
a) When cancelling you must give notice, basically one month
b) If cancellation is before 3 months after activating the service, there would he a cancellation fee (admin fee and a seeming clawback on installation...
I am a difficult customer... I know this, but it is in my nature to expect good service. Accelerit has been great. I did follow up myself a bit more than a regular customer may have, but they have been super fast in getting my invoice for connection fee generated and acknowledging payment. Blitz...
