I was a loyal customer for many years and thankfully didn’t give them a debit order, but things ended up being terrible. Once I left, I never missed them at all. Seems like it is now even worse.

From my experience, they were fine until I needed support. Then it was a disaster. Limited response to emails and when they did respond, most of the time they had not read my email; promises not kept. Service was terrible and have cancelled my accounts with them

Couldn’t agree more. I am canceling my accounts with them and warning people to not sign up with them as their service levels are beyond terrible with staff who do not read emails or bothering to keep their word

I signed up for the Axxess deal and have had numerous issues with the set up. Numerous emails and calls later, with the most terrible customer service / support I am cancelling my account and warning everyone to not touch them with a barge pole.

Try sending emails to every department - no guarantee, but maybe, just maybe you might get lucky and get someone who cares and helps. Sadly WA customer care is rather poor 96% of the time
