Supersonic Fibre Cancellation Fee
I have had the most horrifying experience with Supersonic. I applied for Fibre with Supersonic in May 2024. The router was delivered in 2 or 3 days. Then came the difficult part. Contacting Supersonic to get me connected. They do not answer their whatsapp line and the telephone line just keeps...- Fuzzyfuzz7

Web Africa nightmare.
I have been having the same issue with WebAfrica. They say that my service is activated from 27 Aug 2024 and to date the ONT service light is off. Numerous hours pulling my hair out being transferred from 1 department to another!- Fuzzyfuzz7
