    They're about 30 months old. Possibly cycled 10 or so times. Before the mecer packed up, I'd get around 14 hours to 50%, but that was some time ago as that length of time without power is rare.

    I have tried this. The app refuses to find the robot after changing regions. I delete from app first, follow all the steps correctly, no matter what region I choose (besides SA) and it just won't connect to the robot. Change back to SA and it connects straight away. What am I missing please?
