    This is on the old head...but the new one is the same... I managed to get (cut) off everything so just the shaft and nut is sitting there... Still trying to get the nut loose as well

    Guys.. what do use to get the plastic cap in the trimmer head loose to be able to get the new head on? that black plastic cap is VERY soft.. as soon as you grab that little flat area with a longnose pliers it starts breaking.. looks though like there is a special tool, like an inside-out...
