    Jip, hy gaan op sy moer kry!! Not sure if it's just my imagination, but did Cheri not refer to Charlie as the COO in one of the videos? With the CEO missing, is he not then the guy FSCA, SAPS, etc should be putting pressure on now?

    From their Zoom call the other day, it seems they want to go for "provisional liquidation". Not sure how that would differ from ordinary liquidation. I think the guys driving this are trying to cover their own xssxs.

    "... loaned their Bitcon ..." "... merely held in Trust ..." So which is it? If a loan, then what was the agreement? If in trust, who are the trustees and what is their mandate? I still think, in theory, working the MTI case from both sides, civil through liquidation and criminal by FSCA...
