    Yes, it was international for League of Legends EUW (there are no servers in Africa). I'll let you know how it goes tonight. Is there a way we can tell that it's WIOCC acting up from our own devices? I didn't see anything obviously wrong with MTRs or ping - both were about normal.

    Not sure if you made any changes but it's doing way better tonight. I almost wouldn't have guessed there's a cable break. Very minor packet loss :)
