    Hi Thanks for your reply, i called Axxess asked them for the user name and password for the back end, they said "they do not manage port forwarding i must go to portforwarding.com" 2nd response is i had to get hold of Vumatel, i then called Vumatel they referred me back to my "Upstream Provider"...
