    Health benefits from not drinking coffee.

    Great advice. One modification - let the kettle sit for around 30 seconds or so after boiling to get the water down to 93 deg C. Then pour into plunger and wait 4 minutes. Prevents 100 deg water from scalding the grounds.

    Thanks, comes out to 18000BTU. So my system should cope fine. Point taken about the times when it is heavily overcast or after sunset. What make of aircon do you have? Lastly, thanks for the Bluchem tip.

    Can a Supersport maven please help. On Showmax it was easy to watch highlights of Premier League football games. You just went to the recent highlights section and selected the game you wanted. With the switch to DSTV Stream Compact Plus I cannot for the life of me find where to watch the highlights
