Rent or buy?
Renting works for me, currently renting a nice house for R10,000 directly from owner. Same house would've cost me R20,000 pm if I bought it just monthly bond, add levy rates and repairs = too much. Saving enabled me to buy some rental properties, luckily in good block in Stellenbosch and doing...- Goliath
