Unfortunately they don't even respond to any social media platform either! So perhaps reporting them to ICASA would be a good route to follow. Thank you for your response.
So I joined an ISP for internet at Home, and at that time there was only WI-FI available. Fibre has only became available recently. So my issue is I am more down than connected and I am so tired of hearing the "Highsite is down" and the Technicians are attending to it.
So come time for billing...
