    most of the owners are not living there they are renting out their units and the few owner there like myself are only a few. the body corp isn't interested in helping as there is owners owing levies. so they told us to sort ourselves out.

    Is there an ISP that is able to help me get fiber into my complex. We have Vuma lines outside but they refuse to come into the complex unless they have at least 50% interest.
