    I’m confused why do SABC need us to pay licensing fees if they not ICASA then Etv can also claim the same fees??it’s like Telkom asking Vodacom and MTN users to pay for additional airtime cost to them for the use Vodacom and MTN services.The arrogance is absolutely astonishing!!!
