    I've been with Cool Ideas on SADV for over a year and a half on a cheap 10MB/s package for general Internet usage and gaming. From my experience speeds appear to be consistent. I can't comment on their support/ticketing system since I've never needed to use it.

    Been with Cool Ideas on a 10Mbps fibre link (on SADV) for a year now without any problems. Speed has been fairly consistent for the entire year so I see no need to change providers.
