    Expect a delay in Wesbank sending you the stuff. My parents paid their car off last year in August and ABSA has still not been able to send them the papers due to staff working from home at the moment.

    Same issue. Did not get them for June, July, August and had to log a call. Only then were they allocated. Noticed September was not allocated, so logged another call - two weeks later and not even a reply.
