I do not think the EFF would have ever become a 10%+ party but when they lost Floyd and Ndlozi Julius stood alone.
My worry is that Julius will return one day to the ANC to become their leader because the ANC really has no "young" leaders.
Basic laws of economics' will prevail - you can fiddle with it in the short term but long term the market always win.
That housing will soon become prime housing and with it property tax that no one can afford on a workers wage, the schools in that area will be too expensive for ordinary people...
I wonder why the national government would not rather give up Wingfield, much better location for poor people to travel to Epping, Milnerton, C-City for job opportunities than been stuck in Sea Point.
