    Hi All Thanks for your feedback, it was insightful. Another area I saw a house that picked my interest is Norwood, I am not sure if there is anyone here who stays in Norwood or close to Norwood. My current affordability doesn't afford me to stay in areas like Parkhurst or Greenside.

    Hi @DapperDanMan Besides the water crisis, what else would you say it's "wrong" with the area? is crime better in that side of town? Considering that the house I saw doesn't have a car garage and you park outside, do you sleep hoping for the best or what?

    Damn, that doesn't give me much confidence. I thought the water issue was isolated to Linden and Blairgowrie, but I didn't know that it went as far as Malanshof. From the viewing and the drive around that I had last week it seemed like a good place to live in.
