    telkom charging me R200 for bounced debit order

    I was wondering if anyone have the same problem with telkom I have a contract with them and last my debit order bounced now when I can them they say I must pay a extra R200 because the debit order bounced.I requested my contract by them because im sure I didn't agree on any penalty fees...
