Sim from blackberry to IPhone 4? dont want to cut and does it change contract price?

Can i transfer my blackberry sim to a 2nd hand iphone 4? I dont want to cut it though. Will Mtn swop it for a smaller sim? Will I have to pay new contract prices or am I able to keep paying the blackberry contract price. Thanks
