    If you're ok with moving out of the BF cycle, I moved my 500gb package to: Mobile Internet Diamond 200gb (Anytime) + 200gb (Anytime promo) R399 / 18 months. 200gb can be shared as confirmed by the sales lady.

    Try selecting Contract Cancellations when you dial 135. Those calls seem to be attended much faster. Inevitably ends up at retentions anyway.

    I ran a speed test this morning and got around 20/25 mbps. Will have to monitor over the next few days and see. Doesn't make sense that they would throttle a capped package though tbh.

    Is anyone experiencing slow download speeds on the 500gig package? I have the sim in a Huawei B315 and now my download speed has dropped to under 5mbps. My phone with an MTN sim also is getting 150mbps in the same place!
