    The screen is unusable. I can't see anything. The second question was based on the promotion of a once-off 699* for screen repairs special till 2019 December which I think is applicable to certain smartphones on the P and Y series.

    Good day, My P20 pro fell yesterday and the screen is now blue black. I am in Randburg, where is the nearest Huawei repair store and those the free screen apply?
