Has anyone else been having issues with speed drops/latency spikes in the evenings?
I know that speed tests are meaningless but I notice the issue with FTP transfers too, which are otherwise fine during the day. I'm on SADV, for what it's worth.

Ask her to upload the data from any device on the SU network (Each faculty and the library have their own computer areas); all Google traffic is zero rated and the campus computers (the ones in the labs) have gigabit connections. Also, anyone with an SU user account has 50gb of OneDrive storage...
