Nothing about an electricity meter was mentioned in the lease agreement , only verbally but no agreement regarding the amount to be paid for electricity

Good day all I am a tenant since July 2019 in a nutec , I have been promised a zinc in my kitchen and also an electricity meter box however I haven't received any up to this day Been R5000pm and yesterday landlady let me know the electricity meter will be installed tomorrow , my question is...
