Turns out my SIM card has died, and getting a replacement 2-5 days.
So Afrihost will be wasting money to courier a new SIM to me for 1 day of usage in a best case scenario
So for 3 days we have had to use alternative means, and I assume this will continue until 1 March?
Not sure if I should be asking for help at CellC or Afrihost?
Afrihost was clear that the new SIM will only be active from 1 March.
I have been on a CellC "Fixed mobile" contract for almost two years now, was really happy with the signal and service to now.
From 22 February 17:01, I have just had absolutely zero signal :(
My Vodacom and Rain SIM cards still work perfectly, just the CellC one went completely dead.
Afrihost...
I have the AfriHost (CellC) "Fixed Mobile" 20GB capped data contract, and it resets exactly every 59 minutes 59 seconds.
Does other users have the same issue? Based in Northern suburbs Cape town.
Very frustrating ( and eating my data) when iOS updates bombs out after 2.2GB
I am having a similar problem on AfriHost (provided by CellC)
Connection resets every 59 minutes 59 seconds and I loose my iOS update
Will take it to a separate thread.
