    It's definitely not Vumatel, it's Cool Ideas. I'm on Frogfoot Fibre and I can barely do anything on the internet.

    Yeah you can. Under services and then your package, at the bottom of that page you should find "Usage Stats for this Billing Period" which includes your download and upload for the month thus far.

    Unfortunately I only have 3 DSL Routers lying around. And I'm on Frogfoot so Vumatel won't work :P. My best bet at this point is to let them install and activate my fiber line and then take the Gautrain to Cool Ideas to go pick up the router on Friday.

    How does one go about getting the modem from Cool Ideas? They are coming to install the line to the house on Friday and I preferably would want to be able to use it by Friday. Is there someone I should email or an option i should select on the Cool Ideas Client portal? Thanks in advance.
