    My internet goes on and off all the time. I sent sms's and nothing happens. Can you please send somebody to check my line.

    I'm struggling with my internet for 3 weeks now. I sent multiple sms's and they tell me it is fixed, but it stays the same. Can you please send somebody to come and fix the line. I can't go on like this any longer. my telephone number is *** *** ****. Please pay attention urgently.
