    I don't think you are alone W@P. If they pass this through the ConCourt, I am pretty sure there will be a lot of divorce cases that will be reopened, unless they stipulate that this is only for divorces going forward. Let's hope that they word it correctly.

    What i am interested in finding out is if you got divorced prior to this, can you reopen your divorce settlement and then claim from your former spouse what you think you are entitled to? Its not my situation, but a friend who is concerned that his ex wife will have a case.
