    I have had this problem this morning, a huge municipal bill payment and tried paying with my virtual card numerous times through PNP Asap and all unsuccessful. ended up doing my normal EFT. very frustrating.

    My Fibre line is installed at my place (Windermere) and im activated through Axxess on Openserve. I must say i am very impressed with the service. Technician was at my place first thing Monday morning. Just waiting for my router now and i should be up and running :). Happy times...

    good news on my end. our building is live with Openserve. Trying to get Axxess to send someone to come and install in my unit. So hopefully next week im up and running. Been a long journey to get here.. :)

    Hey, so no updates here for Windermere. Openserve still has us on Pre-order phase. I still see little trenches here and there on some streets. I have contacted Openserve and most of the technicians don't know exactly when the area will be live. Perhaps anybody else knows ? :(

    Our building install was done 2 weeks ago. Openserve contractors did a very neat job. Just waiting for the Windermere area to go live. Anybody know when this will be? They also still need to connect me from the point installed above my door to inside my unit.

    My parents place has Zoom. 50/50. install was done within 3 days of ordering. excellent service so far. They are in Newlands West Durban. Pretty consistent speeds. Ordered through Axxess.

    small update from me and great news, they started digging/ trenching on Sutton crescent and right next to our driveway. Good to see progress in the area... :)
