    Outa demands transparency over driving licence card printer tender

    Ive received a new card last week after waiting two months for it in SA, not good quality at all, the whole card is blurry. In the USA we go in by the door, do the paperwork, eye test, picture taken, pay your $10 all done by the same person and walk out with your new printed card within 10 minutes.

    I dont think any of them gets vetted, most bikes unlicensed and scrap. I never did and never will use any of them due to hygiene reasons. They cant drive at all, they dont follow any road rules and are a pain in the ass especially on the intersections when they just jump the stop streets or...
