    That's understandable, I gave Vuma a call this morning and they advised they'll only pick it up closer to the end of the ticket SLA in 24 - 48 hours. Thanks for all your help so for. Much appreciated. Have a good weekend.

    I had a look at purchasing a new package but get the below error when trying to pay for the order. The order was not created on Vumatel Reach. Reason:400 This location has an in-flight order. You may not place an order for this address.
