Vodacom helps themselves to LTE data instead of youtube data

I'm carefully monitoring data usage while watching youtube videos - and vodacom is chewing up my LTE instead of the youtube data for which I paid extra! Does anybody else have this problem?

My phone data is used for Apps I don’t have. How is this possible?

Never mind 'weird categorisation of data' it's outright buggery! I'm carefully monitoring data usage while watching youtube videos - and vodacom is chewing up my LTE instead of the youtube data for which I paid extra!
