Telkom Sim on Vodacom Smart Kicka 2

Hi . Not sure if you can help .. Bought the same phone (vodacom smart kicka 4 ) The lady had put in the vodacom sim at the store and everything was fine but when I got home and changed to telkom sim I can neither receive nor make calls . Any suggestions please
