    Ok the first lady i spoke to on the phone was clueless and said that the charge is for the couriers and its standard. But the online chat guy made sure that the R99 will be credited since I never used the Fibre service. In future go seek Afrihost online for support!

    Signed up for Fibre back in June, estimated 6 weeks for installation which I was okay with so went through with the order. Modem was delivered a few days later, everything looked in order. 5 months now since my application, as of last night 11/27, checked again on the network coverage map now...
