    If the promotion is still active, it happens after the 2nd or 3rd bond payment is completed. Make sure you have either the recording date or documentation that the ebucks will be allocationed as I know people that were screwed with it, but I got mine.

    Sorry, I know this isn't directly ebucks related. Do you need to open your global card for international spend as you do your credit card? For earning ebucks & cost saving, is the global card better to use than the credit card?

    I was so pissed. Black Friday there was no Fridges. I bought one on takealot for R22k in Feb. Then the same fridge was R15k in the ebucks store the past month :crying:

    Thanks, appreciate the feedback In this T&Cs they say global card spend will qualify. They dont seem to refer to a global account type so I assume it may be any card (credit vs global) . I think I will call ebuck tomorrow to clarify.

    Thanks for the reply. Is the global card the access to lounge key or is there a different card altogether? Oh and credit card doesn't count to smart spend but NOW global account does only, is my interpretation correct?

    WhatsApp group 3 has been lodging complaints about this under ebucks - self service - talk to us. Doubt it will come to much, but it is worth a try. When they took away the slow lounge visits a few years back, it was reinstated quickfast.

    Not sure why it matters, but the first few digits determines the issuer. i.e. Visa vs Mastercard https://qonto.com/en/glossary/credit-card-number

    So the annual discount savings is still the problem topic I believe. Does the below line mean that after you pay the full ebucks amount, the discount you received (with paying full ebucks), will be deducted from your annual savings?
