    To be honest, I don’t really understand who does what. Just know that I have an extra two hours of Wi-Fi downtime which is far from ideal. Is there a forum for Vumatel queries?

    I’m with Vumatel. Do they have backup power? Same as above I’ve never had an issue until recently.

    Can anyone confirm if Cool Ideas has back up power during loadshedding? For years it has never been an issue but in the last week it goes down for two hours. My home has power by Wi-Fi goes down?!?
