Vumatel registered my neighbour's fiber at my address

Vumatel registered my neighbour's fiber at my address. When I subscribed for a line through Axxess they couldn't work it out and eventually I had to cancel. Now I'm struggling with Afrihost to get it sorted out.Please can someone help me get this fixed.
