    Honestly. Apples roll out processes are ridiculous. I still cannot believe we do not have iBooks available here. Surely the legalities cannot be that hectic? We have Kindle app stores so whats the issue

    Like all IDC funded projects. Equipment was overvalued and funded by the IDC and the Banks. The owners took the money and ran. Equipment overvalued in the books by some 300-400%. No way a plant like that costs $1.5B. Max about R150-200m including working capital.
