My wife would like to change to the KeyCare package on DHMS, she is currently on Essential Smart as the main member with no dependents. I would just like to know if she would need to submit my income information as well as her own to do the change?
So I have been offered a job in Worcester. My problem is that the town only has a Mediclinic, and the Discovery Smart Plans doesn't have it on their network list. Should I change my medical aid plan, or should I just wing it?
Is the network primarily for planned admissions only?

As dumb as this sounds, I think if you had gone to your doctor first and then been referred to Casualty/ER, Discovery would have paid for some of your costs on Essential Smart Plan.
Unfortunately, X-rays are not covered on Essential Smart unless you are admitted to hospital.
I stand corrected...
My boss buys it's online from Shelly, I have 2 that I'm not using, if you want to try them out.
I would be a bit weary with loadshedding and all though, I haven't had a Shelly 1L explode on me but I have heard quite a few stories.
