    Oh yes. Standard bank Kingsmead has been closed for renovations for over a year too. Now staff working from home only!! How do I even get to speak to anyone as there is only a call centre number. This is not a service to anyone.

    A year later, and still no E service offered at any banks in Durban and I have called them all to confirm that there is no service currently and they have no idea when the service will be available. But ehome affairs was happy to take my form and money but no appointment can be made. And yes...
