I’ve been in the hosting industry in South Africa for over 20 years. I run a small, boutique hosting company where the focus has always been on solid, personal support rather than trying to be the biggest player.

I work closely with clients and prefer communicating on WhatsApp because it keeps things quick and human. Over the years I’ve gotten to know many of the businesses I support quite well, and I enjoy understanding how people run their online setups and helping them keep things stable.

I’m here mainly to share what I’ve learnt, answer questions when I can, and help people avoid the usual pitfalls with email, DNS, hosting and day-to-day technical issues. If someone can save a bit of stress or downtime because of something I’ve picked up along the way, then that’s a win.
